The strings.xml file is used to translate the text in Parallels Pro Control Panel Power Tools. Its format differs from the .po file, but the translation is straight-forward.
Open the file /usr/lib/ensim/deployables/lib/locale/en_US/LC_MESSAGES/strings.xml and translate the strings between the <msgstr> and </msgstr> tags to the target language. Save the file as /usr/lib/ensim/deployables/lib/locale/<lang>/LC_MESSAGES/strings.xml.
